Operated as accounting leader for studio’s domestic theatrical, home video, and production operations including Walt Disney Pictures, Miramax, Stage Plays, and Music Group. Consolidated six previously separate business accounting teams. Reduced total headcount by 25% and reduced number of third-party accounting contractors from 28 to eight. Hired or promoted the entire managerial group and hired 15 out of 18 senior financial analysts. Built valued partnership with finance functions, doing better job with fewer resources. Drove significant improvement in balance sheet reconciliations and understanding of financial results.

Director, Disney Corporate Management Audit, 2004-2006. 

Redesigned the audit approach in a way that made it more understandable to the business using Walt Disney’s multiplane camera as an example. Worked with Parks, Consumer Products and Corporate business divisions.
